Access Token From Meta → WhatsApp → API Setup. Phone Number ID The numeric ID under "From" in API Setup — not the phone number itself. Verify Token You invent this. Paste the same value into Meta's webhook config.

Define an HTTP request the AI can trigger. Use {{param}} placeholders in the URL, headers, or body — the AI fills them in when it calls the action.

In Meta → WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhook, use these values, then subscribe to the messages field.

Callback URL

Locally this is a localhost URL — expose it with ngrok. On Hostinger it's your live HTTPS domain. Verify Token

Must match the Verify Token in the WhatsApp tab.
